Order changes and cancellations
We process orders immediately (usually within 30 minutes) to ensure your product gets to you in a timely manner. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY after placing your order so we can help you.
We have a 14 day refund policy. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the products. If you have received a damaged or defective item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Please contact us and send a picture of the defective item for review.
Lost or stolen packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. Upon inquiry, we will check the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
If you have received a damaged item, please contact us and we will send you a replacement. There will be no need for an exchange.
